Jesse worked with me for no more than a week. We worked together on a project and this is based on internet communication. He is in the US while I am in China. I thought he was a girl in the beginning but from the conference call, I learnt that the name Jesse belongs to man! He worked hard on the project and keep me updated on a daily basis. I dont see any problems from him but he is leaving the company.

And for now, I am following up his work. I read his comments on every project and I can see the efforts from the numbers and factors he found out and listed in a systematic way. And I feel a bit sad about these, I am not sure why but recently I heard a lot about ppl leave their co. or get fired. This is always something sad for me and I did not realize it until now when I am following up Jesse's work.

Without a clear reason from Jesse's leaving, I feel jeoperdised now. and i know that I have got a lot to learn about this complex world.
